This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the services published and operated by OURSBL.EU S.A.S. (“oursbl.eu”, “we”), including Muppy, Manganese, Sunray and Odizy (the “Services”), and to any infrastructure we operate for our customers. It forms part of the contract between oursbl.eu and each customer. Customers are responsible for their users’ compliance with this policy.

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services, or allow them to be used, to:

store, process or distribute unlawful content, including content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties;
attack, scan, probe or disrupt third-party systems or networks, or distribute malicious code;
test the security of our infrastructure, including through penetration testing or vulnerability scanning, without our prior written consent;
mine cryptocurrencies;
send unsolicited bulk messages or operate open relays;
circumvent or alter the mechanisms that verify usage or enforce security, or access data or systems you are not authorised to access;
resell or sublicense access to the Services, or use them to provide hosting services to third parties, unless your contract expressly allows it;
host health data subject to the French HDS (health data hosting) certification, or any other data whose hosting requires a specific certification: such hosting is not part of our standard offers and may only be provided as an additional service under an Enterprise contract that expressly provides for it.

2. Fair use of resources

Your use of resources must remain within the limits of your subscription and must not affect the stability or security of shared components, such as networks, backup storage and monitoring.

3. Account security

You are responsible for the accounts of your users. Use strong authentication, do not share credentials, and notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.

4. Enforcement

If we become aware of a breach of this policy, we notify the customer and ask it to remedy the situation. We may suspend the affected service, in whole or in part, without prior notice where the breach creates an imminent risk to the security or availability of our infrastructure or of third parties, or where the law requires it; we restore the service once the risk is removed. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination under the customer’s contract.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Services or in the applicable law. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page. Material changes are notified to our customers.
